Material introduction  

1. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMW-PE)is the molecular weight of more than 1.5 million in PE material.High molecular weight UHMW-PE has excellent properties,it focused on almost merits of various 'engineering plastics,such as wear and impact resistance,self lubrication,corrosion resistance low temperature,sanitation non-toxic,easy adhesion,non-adsor- bent, low density and etc.

 

2. Polyamide, commonly known as nylon, is the world's first synthetic fiber with ultra-high wear resistance, 10 times higher than cotton. Nylon also has certain heat resistance, self-lubricating properties, low friction coefficient, and is easy to process，good srystallinty,low innerstress,good tensile stength,anti-impact,heat resistance can reach 220℃ and good self lubrication。

 

3. High density polyethylene(HDPE) is an opaque white waxy material with a specific gravity lighter than water, ranging from 0.941 to 0.960. It is soft and tough, but slightly harder than LDPE and can also elongate slightly. It is non-toxic and odorless, acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, excellent electrical insulation, and can still maintain a certain degree of toughness at low temperatures. The mechanical strength such as surface hardness, tensile strength, and rigidity are higher than LDPE, close to PP, and have better toughness than PP.

 

4. Polyformaldehyde - Thermoplastic crystalline polymer. Known as "super steel" or "Sai steel", also known as Polyformaldehyde. The English abbreviation is POM. Usually, polymers obtained from formaldehyde polymerization have a low degree of polymerization and are prone to thermal depolymerization. It Has high mechanical strength and rigidity;The highest fatigue strength;  Excellent environmental resistance and resistance to organic solvents;Strong resistance to repeated impacts; Widely used temperature range (-40 ℃~120 ℃); Good electrical properties;Good resilience;  Has good lubrication and wear resistance; Excellent dimensional stability.
