Currently, trade-in programs for consumer goods are widely implemented, with local governments actively responding and introducing supporting measures. This not only boosts market prosperity but also drives green upgrading of consumption structure.
On the demand side, through government subsidies and corporate discounts, consumers enjoy better prices on green and smart products while increasingly valuing their "green content." From September 2 to 15, sales of energy-efficient refrigerators and air conditioners surged by 27.1% and 135.0%, respectively, indicating that green consumption is becoming a new lifestyle trend.
On the supply side, businesses are accelerating transformation in response to market demands, leading to more high-quality green products entering the market. In September alone, production of new energy vehicles increased by 48.8%, significantly stimulating production and supply of green products.
With continuous improvement and implementation of policy measures, trade-in programs for consumer goods are emerging as a key force in promoting the green upgrading of consumption structure.
