National Energy Group will join hands with Ordos City in Inner Mongolia to build the world's leading green hydrogen energy project benchmark and the national West-east hydrogen transmission core node. It means that the national energy group integrates the industrial chain supply chain value chain, and the "two horizontal and one vertical" national green hydrogen energy industrial chain cluster layout is further further, and the hydrogen energy industry develops high-quality hydrogen energy new quality productivity and nurtures new momentum for green development.

The "Hydrogen Island" project will create the world's leading renewable energy hydrogen production base, leading the development of hydrogen industry in scale, and ultimately achieving green hydrogen production capacity of more than 700 tons per day; Landing China's first green hydrogen key equipment testing demonstration base, fill the gap in domestic hydrogen technology, standard testing demonstration base, to achieve 3+ national key research and development plans landing; To build the world's first scientific and technological innovation demonstration base with hydrogen energy as the core to achieve scientific and technological leadership, China Hydrogen Energy Alliance Research Institute and the domestic innovation institutions represented by Academician Ouyang Minggao team to jointly build the world's leading technological innovation system; China will build an international demonstration cooperation platform for green hydrogen energy, jointly promote green hydrogen sustainable development demonstration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the China International Economic and Tehnological Exchange Center, and continue to export international influence.
As a benchmark demonstration, the "Hydrogen Island" project is committed to creating cost benchmarks, storage and transportation benchmarks, scale benchmarks, and scene benchmarks, and plans to replicate and promote in Qinghai, Gansu, Xinjiang and other regions, and then rely on the international cooperation of the Belt and Road to land on a global scale, providing strong support for the construction of hydrogen energy industrial clusters with a trillion output value in China.
