Flux-cored welding wire is a new type of welding material, which can be used for automatic welding, semi-automatic welding, gas shielded welding, self-protection welding or automatic welding with flux.
Flux-cored welding wire is a new type of welding material, which can be used for automatic welding, semi-automatic welding, gas shielded welding, self-protection welding or automatic welding with flux. Flux-cored wire has a wide range of uses, good weld metal quality, strong adaptability to the base metal, and high welding production efficiency.
According to the type of wire and the form of droplet transition, flux-cored wires are roughly classified into four basic types: titanium, alkaline, metal powder and self-protecting flux-cored wires.

1. If the welding current is too small, it will lead to defects such as poor weld forming, unpenetrated welding, and slag inclusion; Excessive welding current will cause defects such as deterioration of physical and chemical properties and crack resistance of welded joints, burn-through, rough weld forming, and deterioration of slag removal.
2. When welding, it is necessary to control the inter-channel temperature of the weld. If the temperature between the channels is too high, it is easy to cause the strength of the deposited metal to decrease; If the temperature between the channels is too low, it is easy to cause problems such as higher strength, lower impact and poor toughness of the deposited metal.
3. In order to obtain good physical and chemical properties of the weld, it is recommended to adopt small and medium-sized standardized multi-layer and multi-channel welding to control the energy of the welding line.
