1. Purchase and cutting of raw materials

3. Assembly
During the equipment manufacturing process, the butt joints of materials must comply with the requirements of the drawings. Arcs must not be struck on the materials or the raw materials may be deformed. The butt welds must not exceed the specified length. At the same time, surface rust, iron slag and other debris must be treated and the surface of the castings must be cleaned. Remove burrs, flash, nozzles, etc., clean key components such as bearings to ensure the beauty of the parts, and perform welding repair and polishing of defective parts.
4. Welding inspection
Welded equipment parts need to be inspected for pores, surface slag inclusions, or large areas of spatter and cracks to ensure that the welding dimensions of the equipment do not exceed the requirements of the drawings, and that there are no under-welds, pits, cracks, or unwelded parts after welding. , problems such as lack of fusion.
5. Paint inspection
When spraying equipment, ensure that the spray gun moves smoothly to ensure that the paint surface is smooth and clean, and to avoid bubbling, cracking, peeling, sagging, wrinkles, etc.
6. Installation and debugging
