Long term use of UD fabric machine inevitably leads to various malfunctions, which can have a significant impact on improving production efficiency and normal operation. Therefore, the maintenance work of UHMWPE UD fabric machine can be carried out regularly to inspect and maintain the equipment, prevent and eliminate faults, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and improve production efficiency.

 

Therefore, the frequency of regular inspection and maintenance of equipment is best to clean and lubricate the equipment daily, inspect components weekly for malfunctions, and conduct comprehensive maintenance once a month.

Daily maintenance

1. Turn off the power 30 minutes before work to clean and clean the guide and pressure rollers of the laminating machine, ensuring that they are bright and flexible.

2. Before parking for a long time, the rubber roller and rubber roller should be separated in a timely manner, and the rubber roller, rubber coating roller, rubber water tank, hose, glue and dirt should be cleaned.

3. The ground around the compound machine should be kept clean and free of dust.

4. Regularly check the rotation of the guide roller and pressure roller of the composite machine to ensure normal operation.

Weekly maintenance

1. Before leaving work every Saturday, check the operation of each component of the composite machine and promptly detect any abnormal situations.

2. Check and clean the torque motor of the coiler every Saturday.

 

Monthly maintenance

1. Reserve one day per month to complete weekly and monthly insurance coverage.

2. Remove all protective covers from the machine, clean and transport all drive sprockets, chains, and gears without any dirt or grease for normal driving. Carefully check if all gearbox bearings are normal, and if any abnormalities are found, repair them promptly.

3. Clean and maintain the electric hoist, and conduct comprehensive safety inspections to ensure safety and normal operation.

4. Clean and inspect the cooling fan, clean the dust, and ensure that the blades are functioning properly.

5. Clean and maintain the air compressor, drain and replace the oil, check if the air supply is normal, and if any abnormalities are found, repair them in a timely manner.
