This marks it as the first billion-ton level iron-rich ore resource base since the initiation of this strategic action, pioneering efforts to locate rich iron deposits in deeply covered areas.

Currently, a total of 16 rich iron bodies have been delineated in the Qihe-Yucheng region. The average grade of total iron is 55.27%, while that of magnetic iron stands at an average of 50.67%. The thickness of these ore bodies ranges from 7.66 meters to 119.67 meters.
